1. Design PID controller for the rotary cranes to improve accuracy and stability (tại hội nghị ICMT8)
Abstract: Nowadays, the rotary cranes are used popularly in industry and building construction to transfer loads, goods and materials. Based on the mathematical model of rotary crane, we design two separate controllers including a radial controller and a rotational controller. Inside each controller, there are two PID controllers used: the tracking PID controllers for correcting the radial and rotational motion of cranes, the oscillation damping PID controllers for damping the oscillation angles of the loads. We apply the Simulink tool of Matlab software to build a system simulation model. The simulation results show that the performance of these controllers is good. 2. Design a feed adjusting module for CNC milling machine based on vibration (tại hội nghị ICMT8)
Abstract: This paper presents the research to design a feed-rate control module for CNC milling machine based on measuring and analysing vibration in order to improve productivity and quality of processing. The main part of module is a microcontroller 89C52 with inside integrated control algorithm. Results of researching are applying effectively for a 5-axis CNC milling machine using the Fanuc 18MC controller at C8 workshop of Ha Noi University of Technology. 3. Giới thiệu công cụ Matlab-SimMechanics và ứng dụng trong mô phỏng tai nạn xe hơi (tạp chí các trường ĐH kỹ thuật)
Abstract: This paper represents the SimMechanics toolbox, a block diagram modeling environment for the engineering design and simulation of rigid body machines and their motions based on the standard Newtonian dynamics of forces and torques. SimMechanics enable us to change simulation problems based on mathematical equations into visual block diagrams. Car accident simulation with SimMechanics is an example to demonstrate strong points of this toolbox. Obtained result is very satisfactory.
4. Xây dựng SCADA cho hệ thống FMS50 (hội nghị cơ học toàn quốc 8)
Abstract: This paper presents building again the control program for the Flexible Manufacturing System FMS50 by using the programming language FBD (Function Block Diagram). In addition, the monitoring function for FMS50 is also developed basing on the WinCC 5.0 tool of Siemens Company.
5. Research and apply PID hybrid fuzzy control technology (tại một Joint Symposium, Japan)
Abstract: This paper presents researching and applying PID hybrid fuzzy control technology replacing traditional PID control to improve the precision for position control system with electrical transmission system using inverter and asynchronous motor. The results of researching simulated by Matlab software, tested with experimental model and will be applied in position control system of iron sheet cutting machine at Ha Noi Mechanic Company.
