Những chip mà TMe đề cập ở trên đã được hỗ trợ từ PICkit 2 v2.50.2 (cập nhật vào đầu tháng 5), có thể đọc tập tin Readme đính kèm.

Phần mềm trên host PC và firmware của PICkit 2 được cập nhật khá nhanh, có lẽ vì Microchip đang đưa ra hàng loạt họ PIC/dsPIC mới. Các bạn nên thường xuyên viếng thăm trang web dành cho PICkit 2 của Microchip. Tôi vẫn thường xuyên theo dõi trang này, nhưng thấy không có gì đáng nói.

Readme file mà tôi gửi kèm là của v2.50.2 chứ không phải của v2.51 đâu. Tập tin "PK2DeviceFile.dat" vẫn là tập tin cũ của v2.50.2 (version của tập tin này chính là 1.51, cập nhật ngày 02/5/2008). Nếu bạn xem ở trang web của tôi sẽ thấy là tôi thử các chip dsPIC33FJ128MC202 và dsPIC33FJ128MC802 vào ngày 07/5/2008:
