I got some question regarding the rules

Yeah...I know I should asking ABU about this... but, just in case..

Refering to the Rules & Thêm documentation:-

3.1.12. Manual Machines are prohibited to move directly / indirectly the opponent’s pearls in the Automatic area, except for pearls which have been placed on the islands (refer to clauses 4.2.2 and 5.2).

"move directly / indirectly" - need definition of this pls...

- this mean the pole at the outer zone right?

Question - If the opponent block (pearl) is been place on the pole (island)
.... this mean we can TOUCH the opponent pearl, pick it up from the pole,
replace it in what ever kind.....right...

Then..how come it can be violation....its really confusing...

I think we are prohibited to use any method (ie using fan, manipulator...) to move opponent's pearls when those pearls have not been placed on the islands.

He, if we can not take or move pearls how can it be to change the pearls' position or place them to another island?

At this point, I think they dont allow us to throw away any block. Every blocks that have been placed successfully must be on islands again before the game ends.

Yes. There's no rule mentioned it.

You see on the Playing Field there's a zone around the Start Zone (white blue, will see in the video more clearly). The autononmous robot have no pealrs in the first 30 second of the match CAN NOT enter this zone.
This to prevent the blocker by mechanical robot.

Speaking of blocker, what is the maximum extended length of the blocker,
I read its around 2.5m (correct me im wrong)....so this mean no throwing or
insanely abuse of the fishing rod like last robocon right?

This mean there must be some of kind of signal to interact between manual and automatic....for example the automatic must detect its teammate manual
robot to get the blocks from...

But, correct me if I am wrong, the rules state that there must be no communication between manual or automatic or vice versa....so??

No Beop , u can give the automatic machines blockes :), i will use an infrared tx,rx , when i finish putting the blocks to the manual machine , i will press start to let the automatic machine move ;) .

Of course, you can!

If y r worry about it, take a note that after 2 minutes and 50 second, a motor will turn a CAM (below the robot), and make the robot move few mm from its old pose.

Vietnamese team did so, in 2003.

Any kind of communication among your robots is prohibited even among the automatic robots. If you want to do so, i think your automatic robot must be able to sense the block when it is put.
