Software Development Team Leader – Level 3 for HW-Vietnam

We have several opportunities at the moment for passionate and dedicated people to join our
professional R&D team being created in Ho Chi Minh City, with the worlds leading hosting company.

The Company
HW Corporation is one of the worlds largest Internet hosting, managed service providers and domain registrars with offices in 12 countries and we are seeking R&D Team Leader for newly established operations.

The Role:
* To work on closely with the Technical leaders, managers and assist the development management team when required
* To manage the local development teams
* Developing & Co-ordinate the delivery of enhancements & new development initiatives on systems.
* Prepare implementation plans and work effectively with the team to implement quality solutions into the production environment

The Person:
* A degree or equivalent tertiary qualifications (In Computer Science / Computer Engineering).
* At least four(4) commercial year experience of web application development
* Working experience in any web programming language: .NET, C#, Java, Python, ASP.NET, ASP, PHP, etc.
* Good working knowledge of XML, XSLT, CSS, IIS Administration, Javascript and HTML/DHTML
* Experience in Extreme Programming and other Agile development methodology
* Capable of organising and managing teams and have problem solving skills
