This is a new product line introduced recently.
It is based on 16F instruction set.
-Can read FLASH memory via FSR
-Two FSR registers, 16bit
-Linear RAM area (remapped)
-256 bytes RAM, 4K FLASH
-Internal Osc. 32 Khz-32 MHz
-Branching instructions
-Interrupt context saving
and much more!
It is better and easier to use than the older 16F models.
Indeed I do not use them much anymore!
It costs about 1 dollar and I highly recommend it.
On the web there are pages where the 16F84 is used but this model is stone-age so to say!
I made a small PCB including DC/DC converter for 1.2 volts (using the new MCP1640 chip).
The assembly is totally difficult, I do not really want to build and sell them.
If you do not need the DC/DC chip, it's rather easy to do it, and I could set a price of 5 dollars.
This is NOT an advert, as I do not make a living out of this business.
Selling things on eBay is more like a hobby for me!

This PIC needs at least PICKIT3, and the latest MPLAB install.
