Robocon 2007 Vietnam

Dear Sir

I am a participant of Robocon 2007 from India. I have a doubt regarding
the following rule :

"5.2. Two (2) points will be deducted for each of the following actions:

Manual Machine takes or moves the opponent's pearls which have been placed
successfully on the island by the opponent. However, points are not
deducted if these pearls are replaced in that or other island before the
game ends. "

Now below given is the situation, tell me what should be the final points.

I would like to know if one of the team , say RED team loads 3 pearls on to
one of the islands with their maual machine and GREEN team removes with
their own manual machine 2 pearls which are not replaced on to any of the
islands till the end of game then how many points would RED team get and
how many GREEN team would get ?

Actually I want to clarify whether its -ve 2 for EACH pearl that is removed
or -ve 2 just once for whatever number of pearls you remove from an island
?

Please let me know whether it should be -4 points penalty for the GREEN
team or -2 point penalty
